There are floor heating, heater, as well as air conditioning, make yourself at home.

Q: Do you have a washing machine?
A:
We have an industrial washing machine. Please confirm with our staff regarding the available time to use it.

Q: I have left my ... in the catttage. What should I do?

Q: Is your cottage wheelchair friendly?
A:
We don't have any complete barrier free cottages, but we will preferentially arrange cottages near parking lot or the cottage with lower steps for you.

Q: Can I send my luggage to your property before my stay?
A:
Yes, but you have to make sure that your luggage arrives on your exact check in date, and we will keep your luggage in the administration building. Please send by prepayment.

Q: I'd like to send perishable food, could you keep them in the refrigerator?
A:
Due to our pilicy that we do not open guests' baggage, we cannot keep them in the refrigerator. Please send in accordance with the check-in time. we will keep them in the administration building.

Q: I'd like to send drinks beforehand, could keep them chilled?
A:
We are sorry, but we only can keep them in administration building not in the refrigerator.
